Flo Travel is run by Floor 't Hart in the Netherlands. This page explains what happens to your details when you use this website. If anything is unclear, please ask.

What this website collects

The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads nothing from other companies. You can read every page without leaving any details behind.

The only moment you share something is when you fill in the contact form. That form asks for your first and last name, your email address, your message, and optionally your phone number.

What happens with it

Your message is sent straight to info@flotravel.nl so that a journey can be planned for you. It is not used for anything else, and it is never sold or passed on for marketing.

Three companies are involved in getting it there:

• Vercel hosts the website. Their servers keep short technical logs, which include IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
• Resend delivers the message from the form as an email.
• Google Workspace holds the mailbox the message arrives in.

If you use the WhatsApp button, the conversation runs through WhatsApp and their own terms apply. The button is a plain link: nothing is loaded from WhatsApp until you click it.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within two years. When a journey is booked, the details are kept for as long as the law requires for business records, which in the Netherlands is seven years.

Your rights

You may ask to see what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Send an email to info@flotravel.nl and you will get an answer within one month. If you are not happy with the outcome, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
